Rustam Minnikhanov: Russian coronavirus vaccines demonstrated their efficiency

On March 27, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that vaccination against a new coronavirus infection continues in Tatarstan. To date, two domestic vaccines, which have proven their efficiency, are available for residents of the republic.

He emphasized that to date over 124,000 Tatarstan resident have been vaccinated against Covid-19, including 50,000 people are over 60.

Minnikhanov said that vaccination is organized in 153 locations, including 50 mobile posts based on medical and obstetric centre, large enterprises, shopping centres and mobile medical complexes.

Tatarstan President said that vaccination of the population is free and voluntary. He urged to actively inform people about vaccination, how and where they can be vaccinated.
